Do ATS systems really auto-reject resumes?
Filtering is real but misunderstood: most rejections happen on searchable criteria (titles, skills, years of experience, location, etc.), not a robot reading prose. That’s exactly what the ATS score and dealbreakers measure, so you know and fix the criteria that actually filter you.
Is my resume used to train AI?
No. We do not use your data to train AI.
Do you store my resume, and can I delete it?
Yes. Storing your resume is what makes rewrites, versions, and analysis history work. Every stored resume has a delete control, and deleting is immediate.
